He focuses his practice on corporate matters, including corporate law, financing, civil and commercial contracts, as well as labor advices.

He also advises nonprofit organizations on their legal incorporation, governance, tax benefits, and other aspects. Regularly participates as a speaker in training sessions and courses on topics of interest to the nonprofit sector.
María Paz Moraga Cortéz

Lawyer, Universidad de Chile, with a solid track record in civil and commercial litigation. María Paz has represented clients before ordinary and special courts , as well as arbitration, combining technical expertise with a strategic vision.

She specializes in civil liability and inheritance law, areas in which she has developed a practice focused on defending interests and preventing conflicts. Since 2021, she has led estate planning processes to facilitate family and asset agreements.

That same year, she was included in the roster of Inheritance Arbitrator of the Santiago Court of Appeals, a role she has carried out with commitment and excellence to this day.
